1 Scope of application
LRPG Series circuit breaker with residual current protection is a high-performance
adjustable circuit breaker with triple protection functions of leakage, overload and short circuit. lt is
applicable to AC50/60Hz and rated voltage 230/240V. Places with rated current of 60A and below. lt
is mainly used for electric leakage,overload and short circuit protection of lighting, energy meter
boxes, distribution lines and equipment of residential buildings, office buildings and similar
buildings, and can also be used for infrequent operation and switching of lines under normal
conditions.

5.Series model specification and its meaning

6 Normal installation and working conditions
a) Working environment of LRPG products is -5°C~40 'C, humidity≤ 95%;
b) The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m; Note: lf the altitude of the installation site exceeds 2000m, the use of the
circuit breaker shall be negotiated with the manufacturer.
c)Special measures shall be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature change;
d)Installation position: no obvious shaking, impact vibration, explosive corrosive gas, rain and snow;
e) Installation conditions: the external magnetic field of the installation site shall not exceed 5 times of the geomagnetic field in any
direction;
f) Installation category: ll or ll;
g) Pollution level: 3;
h)Transportation and storage conditions: the product storage and transportation environment shall be dry and ventilated, free
from significant impact and vibration, direct sunlight, rain, dust, chemical gas corrosion,etc

8.Instructions for changing rated current gear
a. The default setting of the circuit breaker at the factory is the maximum current gear;
b. When replacing the rated current gear, please ensure that the circuit breaker is disconnected;
c. By observing the corresponding current indicating window, remove the gear screw at the inlet end with a slotted screwdriver (Fig. 1);
d. Remove the protective cover of the incoming line end (Fig. 2);
e. Remove the middle cover, select the required current gear, and adjust the current gear (Figure 3);
f. Then install the middle cover and protective cover, and screw the gear screw to the corresponding position to ensure that the screw is tightened, otherwise the product will jump early
